Can not register. They say:
"We are currently running our provisioning and maintenance queues for the night, and the order system is offline until tomorrow morning (7/29 - US time). Sorry for any inconvenience - but we have work to do. Don't worry, we'll be back real soon!"
We are in the morning of 7/29 - US time, still registration is not possible...

This one works fine.
The sign-up script runs OK, and the account was created immediately. You have to set up your own subdomain and FTP account, which took some poking around inside ZPANEL, but I eventually made it work without asking for help, although I will admit I've encountered easier new-user setup scripts in the past.
If you use an FTP client, beware that you may have to set your client for "no UTF8." FileZilla needed to be set manually; FTPCommander figured it out on its own. The FTP was ready to use after only 15 minutes.

Host 4 Post is not shut down, we had a moment of disabled registrations, but that was while iPanel was being updated and reconfigured.
And, @Avaloan - I find it quite amazing that I cannot find your name/username/ip anywhere in our logs, did you actually use our services?

I am most impressed with the professionalism and features that I
have ... completely for free!
I used to charge pretty decent money for far less in the past.
kudos to 0000free and all staff for a first rate operation.

I found 0000free.com during my search for a free host that offers as much customization as possible with no ads, and 0000free is definitely that! It offers not only MYSQL database access, but also full PHP and SSI, as well as full access to a cPanel. I don't think I've ever seen a free host that offered that much freedom, especially with no ads.
From what I have seen the hosting is stable with very little downtime (I may have just joined, but that doesn't mean I haven't checked up on it and lurked here and there in the past!) with the exception of sign-ups being unavailable at night for system maintenance. Really though, considering the features and such available, it's well-worth that little annoyance. And really, once you sign up you won't have to deal with it anyway.
Service is very efficient, especially on the forums. Many people expect it to take forever for a question posted on a forum to be answered, but mine was answered within hours by one of the staff members. Also, any hosting packages do need approved (at least the free ones), meaning that you cannot jump into your website right away, but it doesn't seem to take more than a few hours. Seriously, go off and do something for a while, and most likely when you come back you'll be ready to go.
However, I should note that this is definitely not a free host for someone who's not familiar with at least HTML and CSS basics. It's a good place to learn if you wish to do so, but if you have no desire to learn any coding languages and don't have someone ready to code everything for you, you may very well have to find a simpler host. 0000free does not have a WYSIWYG editor from what I've seen, so you do have to know what you're doing. Of course, anyone with any sort of coding experience will be in heaven with the features available.
The cPanel is fairly easy to adapt to, even for people with no experience with cPanels whatsoever. I have never used one before 0000free, and it only took me a little while to adapt to how everything works. Also, there is a doubled free hosting package available in exchange for activity on the forums (20 posts per month, with 20 posts needed on your account before you sign up for the double plan), while the basic one requires nothing.
Even with those free packages, however, I'd have no qualms whatsoever to pay for hosting once I get the money. The prices for paid hosting are very reasonable, and are determined by just how much space and bandwidth you desire.
If you're looking for a web host for whatever reason, be it personal or business, I definitely recommend 0000free. Thusfar I've been nothing but pleased with the service.
