This company is with such a little downtime and if has some, I just get an e-mail explaining why. somethimes they warning me that downtime is expected, in cases where they do know in advance.

then i opened a support topic in forum and Admin created the account for me.

hey no it is not 100% downtime, it is 100% uptime , i am using it, it is perfect
