Awardspace control panel is basic on the front end but has good depth as you move into the needed functions. The support emailed me in 5 minutes after I signed up with all the needed DNS name servers and a login. I don't have much of experience with them but have the filling that they are good

I tried to find some web host in my country, and after some unsuccessful attempts decided to host my site with host-ed.net...
Since then I am very pleased and the support that they offer is the best of all ... always very quick and efficient. Once when I had a problem with my Domain Registrar they helped me - I was not able to transfer a domain due to the process being rejected by my old registrar, host-ed.net contacted the registrar and I don’t know what they did but they fixed the problem. This is something that other providers would not do for their customers.

Deceiving offers. They say the free package has “unlimited” email accounts. In reality it has only one account, with unlimited aliases, what is drastically different to unlimited accounts. You have only one mailbox/webmail.
