I really enjoyed this free host for about two weeks. But then my site went down and I can't get it back up. I've been getting a "64 - Host not available" error, and since Teracities doesn't have a support forum there is no community help. Additionally, while they do have a Help Ticket feature, to date those have gone unanswered.

Don't get me wrong, this was a great host when it worked. And if they can get me fixed soon, I'll be staying and I'll return to boost my rating. But for now, if the site is down and I can't fix it, I can't give it anything but a 1 rating.
