Staff is rude and incompetent. Support tickets and posts are closed without the question being anywhere near answered. They might as well respond with "I like cheese" to all support requests because it would be just as helpful as what they write now. Staff blames EVERYTHING on client-side and NEVER even CONSIDERS that it may be server-side...when tons of people are having the EXACT same problem, it's NOT client-side, assholes!

the guy that runs this joint (Adam) is a moron and has no idea what he's doing. he misses the point of simple support questions and when he can't fix the problem he just says "well the problem is on your end" and closes the ticket. apparently the criteria for running your own hosting service is to be able to sit on your finger and spin because this idiot is useless.

August 11 2009: Trashy webhost. I read somewhere that ATBHost is like two servers located in a guy's garage, and that's probably true after what I've been through. I signed up one month ago (completely free plan), and was fairly happy with the service until they had file corruption on their Server 02. Meaning, they fucked up big time. Not only did they never inform users, THEY bitched to us on their forums, and they're not restoring accounts. We have to sign up all over again, and now they're only offering post-4-host programs, which sucks. As I said, they're a trashy free host so stay away.
